Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Development Manager to lead the design, development, and launch of new payment technology products and features. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs, technology teams, and customer experience to drive innovation and market growth.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Planning

• Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with eNovaPay’s business goals

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new product opportunities

• Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications

Product Development & Execution

• Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, compliance, and operations teams to deliver products

• Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch and continuous improvement

• Ensure products meet regulatory, security, and compliance standards

Stakeholder & Customer Collaboration

• Work with sales, marketing, and merchant partners to understand customer needs

• Gather feedback and analyze product performance metrics

• Act as the key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders

Performance & Optimization

• Track KPIs, user adoption, and revenue impact

• Optimize product features for scalability, security, and user experience

• Drive continuous innovation in payment technology

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or related field

• 3–7+ years of experience in product management or fintech/payments industry

• Strong understanding of payment processing, fintech platforms, or SaaS products

• Experience working with Agile/Scrum development teams

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with payment gateways, merchant onboarding platforms, ACH/eCheck systems

• Knowledge of PCI DSS, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance

• Data-driven decision-making and analytical mindset

• Familiarity with APIs, payment networks, and fintech architecture
